Nerds Launch Protons Through Tunnel

Who would have thought you would have come this far?

Why do we care about nerds in Switzerland? Because they are trying to understand how the universe began. The $3.8 Billion tunnel, nicknamed The Large Hadron Collider (the nerds actually think that name is ‘funny’), is supposed to emulate the collision of protons to reveal subatomic particle matter that the world has never been able to study before. In other words, they’ll be able to recreate the Big Bang, the way the universe was created, in this nerdy tunnel. However, some critics fear that the nerds will actually collide matter to create a black hole. They worry that these black holes could suck in the entire universe and kill us all. Obviously, they haven’t seen that one 856 lb dude I saw in that obesity documentary that one time. No black hole’s taking J.J. from the Bronx anywhere. Nerds reppin’ the LHC have issued statements telling the world to calm down, and celebrated the historic event in what is now known as the world’s largest virgin convention.
